I’m Julien, your expert in additive manufacturing

Since 2015, I have been fascinated by these technologies that can manufacture anything imaginable. I discovered additive manufacturing during a school project and have been following developments in this field ever since.

At the time, most printed parts were artistic or decorative, but gradually industries began to use these technologies. Improvements in speed, repeatability and materials now make it possible to create functional parts that are lighter, stronger or more complex than previous versions. Additive manufacturing is now an integral part of parts manufacturing, whether for prototyping or small and medium-sized production runs. This is precisely what I want you to be able to achieve.

During my postgraduate studies, I chose to do my internships in companies that used or developed additive manufacturing technologies. That’s how I ended up in Cannes, at Thales Alenia Space, where I worked on the post-processing of metal parts for satellites. I also joined Inetyx in Clermont-Ferrand, which was developing a new metal additive manufacturing (AMW) technology. Finally, I became an engineer at Microlight3D, where I manufactured, calibrated and installed machines for dozens of customers in Europe and North America. Once the installations are complete, I continue to support users to ensure that their projects run smoothly.

You’ve heard about 3D printing but don’t know where to start. I propose a 4-step process:

Your company has unique skills and needs. The first objective is to understand your requirements so that we can choose the equipment that best suits you: technology, size, available space, budget, technical needs, etc.

I will take care of installing and calibrating the machine myself to save you time.

The training will always consist of two parts: a general section to learn the basics of the machine, followed by a specialised section tailored to your needs. This will depend on the various points raised during the needs analysis.

My main goal is to help you achieve your projects. That’s why I will always available in case of technical difficulties. It is also possible to take additional training courses to continue developing your skills.
